A bold experiment in abundance​

What I do here is, quite unusual, I guess. The traditional path for me would be to keep the insights from my work to myself and build a consulting firm to capitalize them. Or create expensive training programs and certify trainers.

Instead, I create a video series where I share everything I know with everybody who is interested! Huh? Well, yes, it just feels so much more generous, it's the right thing to do. 

No paywall? ​

Putting the videos behind a paywall doesn't feel right either, even though it's the obvious way to get paid for the time I put into these videos. The whole point of the series is to offer what I know, not to restrict access.

So I opted for this experiment: make the video "freely" in the gift economy. I gift everything the insights and all the work, knowing that you, like many others, will be generous and gift back. 

Join others in giving!

It's wonderful to see donations coming in from many people around the world. Please join them! As you and more people join and gift in return, I'm confident that we can prove that this model works. 

So...  just like others, I invite you to gift in return what you feel is right for the value you've received.

​One way you can think about these videos is as a content-rich training course. I didn't put these videos in a MOOC format, but you can binge-watch them, take notes, contrast them with your own thoughts and intuitions ...and then go out and bring this to your clients. 

I believe it's fair to say that this will help you be at the leading edge, among the relatively few people who have engaged in deep reflection in this fascinating, emerging field.
